Description
A Lotus Magnum is two pounds of Lotus yarn on a cone. That’s almost a full kilo: 0.9 k. (The weight of the cardboard core is not counted, of course.)
Two pounds of yarn equals 2,200 yards, minimum; our Lotus cones are always slightly over the stated amount. Using a Magnum cone means almost no ends to weave in for a crochet garment. You could buy nine 256-yd. Lotus balls to get the same amount of yarn as one Magnum cone, but then you’d have more ends to weave in.
Doris and Vashti both love crocheting from Magnum cones. Once you start crocheting there’s no reason to stop!
